Tetra Pack Machine

Tetra Pack Machine is manufactured and supplied by us in Delhi. The eBeam technology, which sterilizes packaging material using electron beams and replaces the traditional hydrogen peroxide sterilization procedure for packaging material while guaranteeing the same sterilizing performance, is included in the Tetra Pack Machine for aseptic cartons. The method allows for the storage and treatment of fewer chemicals, resulting in lower water and energy use. When compared to the company’s existing A3 machines, the machine can produce 40,000 portion packs every hour, which is a 60 percent increase. Higher versatility in terms of filled product types is possible with these machines, and the same equipment may be utilized to transition from pasteurized filling to extended shelf life production.
